Hi, I'm Katie!

I am a training developer and former educator currently working in the manufacturing industry to develop highly engaging learning solutions, which prepare machine operators for the production line. I work with a myriad of experts and conduct data analysis to continuously improve learning modules and online courses. I also use my Spanish skills to assist with the translation of eLearning modules. Most recently, I was tasked with starting a company podcast to be featured monthly on our intranet. With the goal of fostering learner engagement, I am thrilled to launch this project!

I have many goals for this year! Some of these include writing and implementing xAPI statements, incorporating interactive 3D images, and building my skills in Character Animator and After Effects (Adobe) to enhance engagement. I invite you to check back for updates.
